Create the “no-route hookshot” GitHub App

This registers a GitHub App on your account (DatanoiseTV), pre-configured to send issues / PRs / pushes to your Matrix hookshot. GitHub generates the keys and webhook secret automatically.

② GitHub will ask you to confirm, then redirect you back to https://files.syso.codes/?code=XXXXXXXX.

③ Copy that code value from your browser's address bar and paste it back to Claude. (The code is single-use and expires in ~1 hour.)
